At the end of the month I'm excited to be at Hay Festival in conversation with Sabrina Ghayour and John Mitchinson.
Ghayour follows her iconic cookbook Persiana with Sirocco: Fabulous Flavours from the East. I will be discussing imaginative seasonal cooking in the run up to the publication on the 16th June of my book Food for All Seasons.
