Shambala Festival

This year Shambala festival has bravely decided to go meat-free and The Garden O'Feeden will host a lively line up of conversation, debate and tastings, where I will be speaking and cooking on Friday 26th August. 

It is a pleasure to be able to contribute to their sustainable focus, share some of my summer recipes and use some of the freshest produce found local to festival.
