In 2012, Ed Park and I shot the pictures for second edition of 'The Silver Spoon' - a bible of Italian food published by Phaidon. It was a huge job, with over 400 images, but we were very pleased with the way they came out. These are just a few.
Sicily
After Silver Spoon, Ed Park worked on another book for Phaidon, about Sicilian food. He was able to take most of the pictures out there, but a small selection needed to be re-shot back here in London, so he called me and we went back to work in my kitchen.
